6th Annual Consumer Research - Findings and Insights to be discussed at the conference

Utility customers expect and want more services,  lower prices and more control.  To not lose out to in-sector competitors and new market entrants, understanding the customer better has become the most important goal.  

The panel on “the evolving relationship between utilities and the electricity consumer” discusses the findings from consumer research conducted by various utilities and third-parties. The end-goal is to identify what works and what doesn't in keeping customers connected and happy.
