Lisa is a senior advisor at Hydro One with over ten years of industry experience. She joined Hydro One's Regulatory Group in 2015 to case manage the company’s major applications for transmission and distribution rates. Lisa leads Hydro One's regulatory reform strategies and sits on the Regulatory Affairs Standing Committee of the Ontario Energy Board and the Regulatory Affairs Committee of the Ontario Energy Association. Lisa is passionate about identifying issues, facilitating discussion and brokering consensus to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Prior to joining Hydro One’s Regulatory Group, Lisa acted as Senior Legal Counsel to Hydro One, advising on a variety of corporate commercial matters including Ontario’s first smart grid implementation, held an executive position with a TSX-listed company and articled and worked at a Bay Street law firm where she advised small- and medium-sized companies. Lisa holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an honours degree from the University of Toronto.
